Dr. Anthony Stanislaus founded Hisential with a clear conviction: that men across Asia deserve healthcare that takes their concerns seriously, treats them with discretion, and delivers care backed by evidence rather than embarrassment.

Under his leadership, Hisential has grown from a single Singapore clinic into a brand operating in two countries, with a deliberate focus on conditions men have historically struggled to seek help for - sexual health, hormonal health, infectious disease, and the long-term metabolic and cardiovascular risks that disproportionately affect men in mid-life.

Dr. Anthony earned his medical degree (MBBS) from the University of Queensland in Australia, with foundational research training from the International Medical University in Malaysia, where he co-authored published research on intracellular drug delivery and gene-knockdown therapies for cervical cancer treatment. He completed his housemanship and a three-year residency in Radiology at MOH Holdings in Singapore before pivoting toward primary care and men's health, completing a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore.

His clinical background spans practical andrology, dermal aesthetic medicine, and preventive men's health - expertise he channels into Hisential's clinical protocols and physician training programmes rather than direct patient consultations at the Bangsar clinic.

Dr. Anthony's leadership career spans some of Singapore's most established healthcare organisations. As Chief Operating Officer of Innoquest Diagnostics he led commercial and operational strategy across the diagnostics group. Earlier roles at MHC Asia Group included Head of Provider Network, Head of Pharmaceutical Wholesale Business, and Head of MHC Medical Centre - overseeing operations, partnerships, and clinical practice across multiple service lines.

At Republic Healthcare he served as General Manager, leading the operational expansion of Dr. Tan & Partners (DTAP) into Malaysia and initiating new clinical service lines including drug delivery, tele-consultation, and patient loyalty programmes.
